3 Steps Grilled Vegetables

Eat a rainbow!

This is probably one of the dishes that I make the most often, especially when the vegetables in the fridge are going old. Delicious, easy, effort-less and healthy!

 

Ingredients:

ANY VEGETABLES. (done.)
(joking)

1/2 head broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 tray of mushrooms
1 brinjal/egg plant
1 onion
2 carrots
3 small sweet potatoes
3 tomatoes
5 baby marrows
Crashed garlic
1/4 cup of olive oil
Fresh thyme or rosemary
1 tbsp Rosemary and herb seasoning

Methods:

  1. Wash and cut everything into smaller pieces.
  2. In a big bowl, mix everything with olive oil, seasoning and fresh herbs.
  3. Grill at 180C for 45 mins or until everything is cooked through.
  4. Serve.
